Saturday, March 1st at the Deep River Legion 8AM to 11AM The Dietary Team from Deep River & District Health will be serving a French Toast breakfast in aid of the Closer To Home campaign. Walk in the Hall 2024/2025

The Get W.I.T.H. It (Walk in the Halls) program offers the chance to walk in a warm, safe, and fun environment during the winter months! The program is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.    No pre-registration required.  * drop-ins welcome

In addition to being able to track your steps over time (we will have pedometers available that you can borrow), we are adding a number of fitness "stations" where you can choose to add a little bit of cardio or stretching into your walking routine.
Program runs every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00-7:30 pm with the exception to December 24th,  Dec 26th, Dec 31st & Jan 2nd for Christmas Holidays and March 11th & 13th during March Break.
