March Break Hockey Training Camp

Join us at the Deep River Arena for a trasformative experience which will elevate your performance on the ice.

Coach Kevin (2.0) will delivers technical skating & training skills,  solve mechanical issues & build the proper foundation of skating for hockey players while providing proper demonstration along with professional clip examples during each session.
 

Throughout the week the following will be covered:
Lateral Movement
Learning the mechanics of the forward stride
Learn how to effortlessly transition & improve your edge work.
Learn how to protect the puck effectively & turn using mechanical advantage
Learn how to tight turn effortlessly & evade defenders.
Learn how to use gravity to cross with more speed & less effort.
Learn how to use the footwork patterns to add to your puck movement
