Decision
IT IS HEREBY DECIDED THAT in the matter of an application for Minor Variance, File A-1/24, submitted by Jp2g Consultants Inc., with respect to the lands described as Lot 7, Range A, and known municipally as 94 Frontenac Crescent, for the purpose of obtaining relief from the Town of Deep River Zoning By-law 24-96, as amended, in accordance with the submitted application and additional matters identified, by granting the following relief:
1. A variance to Section 7.2.4(c) to reduce the front yard depth requirement from 6.0 metres to 5.9 metres to legalize an existing concrete foundation for a multiple attached dwelling with four units.
It is the decision of the Committee of Adjustment to grant the above variance(s) for the following reasons:
