It (Walk in the Halls) program offers the chance to walk in a warm, safe, and fun environment during the winter months! The program is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. No pre-registration required. * drop-ins welcome In addition to being able to track your steps over time (we will have pedometers available that you can borrow), we are adding a number of fitness "stations" where you can choose to add a little bit of cardio or stretching into your walking routine.
